Is it possible that the "Vengeance" + "Straight Grapple" combo was nerfed? Tried it for 2 hours and still doesnt work.

Dude you need to level up your batman my batman is level 9
1. 123 jump 2 back 2 3
2. back 1 1 3 forward 2 3 back 23
3. 1 2 3 supermove
Slight variation on 223, 4, f23. 4. df1 – you use DB1 also for slightly more damage and to change sides. Good for getting them into the corner.
Plus you can meterburn the db1 for an extra bounce into a forward 3, or a forward 2,3.
Look I am sorry for saying this but there is a combo that you missed 2 combos

Picked up this game just recently and went straight to Batman and this guide actually helps
Batman is insane. More than half of his combo strings launch the opponent to follow up with a grapple, which can launch into a full juggle combo if meter-burned.
Dang u good, I am better at all my sisters and brothers and I ain’t even that good, I’m so good that when my little brother Uses firestorm he keeps doing the boot kick every time I get close to him with Batman, and the only character I’m really really really good with is Batman

2:01 u can call bats after 223, then replace up 2 with up one.
You can do forward x then back triangle into a super. It’ll do 52% damage instead of only 47%
Haven't played in over a year…hopped into PvP dude was SPAMMING tentacles buts it's all good…I'ma refresh myself with Batman combos and then I'm CLAPPING BACK 10X HARDER

I just picked up this game. I've been trying all the characters to figure out what feels good, and batman just feels right. His input s and strings are the easiest for me to commit to memory.
