Eh too complicated, I just start talking to them directly about stuff. No breathing excersizes, no bad vibes just start talking to them. In your dirty room, car, on the way to work, Speak and communicate with love and light intent and make it special and safe but just ask them questions or show gratitude or just talk with them about your day, don’t make It too complicated it’s not like that❤
Everything in the universe are spirit guides for me. Yes, even those you deem dark. I have balanced the Trinity within me and understand the Trinity without (outside of) me.

Ide love to be able to connect to my guides and meet them but I am a mum of 7 and I honestly don’t get much quiet time and even when I do I have to clean. Ide like to know if I can do this even with the loud noises around me. Or do I have to be in absolute silence ? 🙏

This is bs, if you have a spirit guide they will speak to you through your dreams, open your third eye then you can talk to them in your dreams, before you go to sleep dip your finger in milk draw the letter Q in your palm then repeat your message over & over to your spirit guide a few times, your spirit guide will speak to you in your dreams that night
