I got it and never equipped it since the listed specs make it seem really weak, but now I'm on my second play-through and have been using it exclusively.
Solid 5/7 grenade mod.
I typically prefer longbow grenades, or at times grenades that explode upon impact w an enemy with damage bonus per enemy damaged. This mod is more of a time based grenade but it is still pretty powerful corrosive effect. If you use singularity to pull enemies together and toss it into a group, it’s pretty devastating.
