I do the right things when I'm the imposter, I fake my tasks and I make sure there is only one crewmate and no one watching me, as soon as I kill them, I hide in the vents and someone else gets voted out instead of me.
Yeah, the only thing I see (not learn) from this is a five man game is a cheap imitation of the game. Not enough people around to act as witnesses, no time for sus to built on you and you have the kill cool down far too low. This is a kindergartner's version of the game, the crew has absolutely no chance of winning unless the imp is mentally subpar.
