In this guide I’ve tried to create a pretty comprehensive jump-start strategy guide for players that are interested in either starting to play Among Us or for intermediate players wanting to better understand the strategy behind some common game situations.

A small tip for common tasks is that they always appear at the top of your list, if there's 2 common tasks enabled on your lobby, the first 2 tasks are the 2 common tasks assigned to everyone so you know what to fake or what to answer if questioned as an impostor

Hey guys I wanna inform u guys about my new strategy for crewmates so: (when u enter a room with someone and exit the room and another guy comes in the room wait behind a wall for like 3-4 secs and check the room when u see a dead body report it the accuse the one who was in the room) I Call This The Spy Strategy hope it helps u guys out 😀

What you can do when you have four people and one impostor is call a meeting directly after the last one. If the impostor doesn’t call an emergency you’ll usually be able to do so meaning you can vote off two sus people!

I have at least 9 friends but in like 3 different groups so I go on discord/instagram group chat and call lime 4 of my friends and then we kinda team up but not fully like we won't tell who killed or who is imposter but we say things like "meet me at medbay so I can scan" and the rest of the people are public and not linked to us. If it's just me and one other friend we team up fully and if they are imposter I'll help them and try get an imposter win even if im a crewmate. I know it's breaking the rules but i find it fun!

I find Mira the most interesting
it is by far the most complicated map for the imposters which is why I love it and it is simply due to the Y pattern of the corridors in the middle
The problem is that because you dont like it you barely talked about it and you literally didnt even talk about any strategy on it, the Y pattern in the middle of the map enable players to know where people are and it counters the huge venting system: even if you can vent really far, people will know you are imposter because they would have seen you walking through the Y corridor… Also, the fact reactor is placed in a dead end is really unique and makes it really useful for strategies, but you didnt talk about it whereas it is super useful… Im pretty disappointed

Edit: Another way to win as imposter is make a rat cult. I was the leader and no one suspected me.

With 2 impostors, sabotaging as a ghost is too strong imo
The highest IQ imposter strat ive ever seen is saying "lets just skip" in chat
Strategy: your team votes out your accountable teammate first round without having myself or him speak. Outcome: Blue throws in the last round like a clown. 🙂

task bar doesnt always move even when u do a task, some task are 0/2 or 0/3 so it might not move

I like 25 second kill cooldown. It's not too short that the game only lasts a round and it's not soo long that u probably won't get a kill if your partner gets 1. And it's short enough that if you're good with sabotage you can get a 2nd kill maybe
how did you get on a map by yourself. also, in the lobby, i cant change the map or number of imposters. how did you manage that?
My op imposter strat: when a ghost does asteroids, stand by the thing and let it shoot when someone passes. Now you got cleared as a crewmate:)

I still have to watch the rest of the video so I don't know if this covered in the remaining part of the video as this stuck out to me as not being fully explained; disabling the Task List and Progress Bar is not the only thing Sabotaging Comms does. It also disables the Admin Table (Or Vitals if you are on Polis) and Cameras as well. Still the lesser used option compared to the rest of the sabotaging options, but it still has a niche use.
