Yeah like the door logs would be useful like 4 years ago in a game with no mods. But now there is an engineer role now in the game so you can see what I'm getting at.

Noisemaker is just one of the least fun roles to play with. You don't get anything special because your effect only triggers on death and not a button or something.
Also I think you could just turn into your imposter partner, kill infront of them and another person, and now your imposter partner will seem hard clear because they got shifted into.

Seeing how this video slowly descends from "This game is good, actually" to "Inner Sloth kinda killed the game, with needless additions to the already fine formula." is pretty amusing to me.
Good thing those are at least optional features (UNLESS you try to play public lobbies). But man, it really puts into perspective, how fuckin bullied the Imposters can be, straight up Dead By Daylight levels of balancing.

I did something very funny once, I was phantom, my big brain teammate shapeshifted in front of everyone and got voted out. I killed someone in electrical, walked up to Security while invisible, vented to medbay, and Rose was there, I tried to kill him, but there was someone in cams, so it would be very obvious, they reported the body and voted out Rose, because the guy in cams saw the vent open through the wall, went to Medbay and saw Rose getting out, then someone said self-report next round and I won.

I have a rework for some roles to make them more interesting
Engineer will instead of being able to vent, instead just block/disable the vent itself for a period of time let's say mainly 30 seconds of stunning. which would be helpful on maps, Engineer are 25% more faster than regular players with no roles. and can fix things much faster than anyone with any role by 75%.
Scientist will statically have lower speed than everyone by 50% but also when using vitals. it'll only contain 4 people closest to the scientist in range.
tracker will have a certain range limit of 20-40 studs so tracker can't just stalk someone recklessly and get a win effortlessly. along with a buff to the abilities' cooldown by 50% but also introducing a weak dash ability, due to tracker being a supposed stalk-huntdown type gameplay style. tracker will have 20% more speed than any regular person with no roles.
Noisemaker will make noise after you leave the body from a certain range, it'll be more sound based rather than warning based.
Guardian Angel could be the same but with a nerf in base speed.
that's about it for the changes I'll make for those roles.
I think engineer could be more interesting rather than just enter vents.

Theres better social deduction games than among us nowadays. Town of Salem 1 and 2 imo best for ppl who love complicated games. Goose Goose duck is just a better version of among us.
among us is also one of my favorite games of all time, but i will NEVER play in a public lobby ever again. among us is objectively less popular now even if its gotten better over time, and from my experience thats led to most of the people i see in public lobbies having no common sense and forgetting some of the most basic features of the game. so now when i play among us (which i have been more recently) its always with friends in calls.
Now when I do this in a discord lobby, Imma get called a little bitch etc etc

Honestly, I'm just gonna put this out here even though I'm still in the intro. Social Deduction games (such as Among Us) are always fun in my opinion. Though it is one of the genres that largely depends on who you are playing with and how seriously you take the game. Among Us in my experience often leans more casual (though that isn't the case for everyone) while something such as Town of Salem can tend to lean more fast paced and "meta" (not the most familiar, but that is my impression). My personal favorite tends to be Blood on the Clocktower as it has some key changes compared to most social deduction games that can make it easier to understand and allows more player participation/freedom.
