Can anyone tell me how she is able to do all of this when she was in a wheelchair for a very long time?
she seems to be using some sort of special suit, probably allowing her to make use of her lower body, like how Bruce had that leg thing in Dark Knight Rises
I know that. My question is how is she able to go from Oracle to Batgirl (which the reveal trailer clearly shows)? She was shot by the Joker. You don't just recover from a paralyzing injury just because you want to.
Not sure about that. Neither her reveal trailer nor her ending in Injustice claims that. I thought there was some comic book explaining her recovery. 😛

This is a Elsewhere Barbara from the regime side so the whole joker thing might not have happened in this world. And in the new 52 the retcon her back from the joker incident with her getting experimental surgery.

She was paralyzed by the Joker, and then in recent comic book lore underwent some sort of experimental surgery and can now walk again. I think it's part of the whole New 52 thing.

do these combos still work?
for some reason i'm having problems converting the smoke bomb on the 2nd combo to its meter burn version, and i also cant seem to connect the bolas on the 3rd combo. any help?

they do chip damage( block damage). you will deal a little bit more of damage when the opponent blocks, if you are fighting against someone who blocks a lot take the electric claws out.
Looking at this, maybe Batgirl's not such a weak character after all. Can't wait to try some of those combos. But I agree with TabulateNewt8; could you do one for Shazam? Would also love to see one for Black Adam
