You can still realistically shapeshift/phantom in comms or any secluded area if you aren't near a wall though. Doors may also not be necessary as people may suspect that something suspicious is happening in the area Edit: To add to this note, any place is good to shapeshift with doors closed, but as stated, a place with less entrances that is more remote would be better (e.g. Reactor, Comms, Medbay) over somewhere like Storage which connects to 3 areas and is located around the center of the map
When I’m phantom I go with a group of people and close the doors when theres only one person left but no one notices that im with him I kill him and use my ability and then just run to the opposite side of the map cut the lights and kill more people
How to do Viper and make it OP First kill with door closed so it can disappear next never kill when light are off only in up cafeteria, upper engine and asteroids those are safe spots in lights off last if you ever plan to kill in electrical kill with doors closed sabotage anything but lights or Communion center if everyone is noise maker
Tip as shapeshifter: Sabotage Comms, shapeshift into someone, vent infront of people. People will suspect them because Engineers cannot vent during comms sabotage.

Saw green shifted to purple in comms in the same corner, got murdered infront of cyan in entrance of storage but unfortunately he didnt see and they voted purple because apparently he vented,
When I'm Shapeshifter, I always go straight to security, sabotage the security doors, shift, then vent to electrical (a place where most ppl are)… 😂 But i love ur advice!
