Nice combos. Could you do one for Catwoman? A combo I have with her is X X back-forward X meter burn, Y in air, A A Cat Dash enhanced, Back A, Character trait.

GREAT COMBOS AS ALWAYS!!! YOU'RE THE GUIDE MAKER FOR INJUSTICE! The only thing I have a problem with is the annotation which does not appear on my tablet, and I use it because it is convenient. Can you please think of any way to fix this?
NICE COMBOS AS ALWAYS!!! YOU ARE THE BEST INJUSTICE GUIDE MAKER. Sadly my tablet does not show the annotations during combos. Please think of a solution if you have one or else I will just use a laptop for following these videos.

does safe on block mean when your blocking u can hit them to like stop there combo when there still hitting you or you can hit them while there blocked and it interupts them?
it means if your opponent blocks your attack they cant punish you
No, it means that if they block your attacks that you can still block in time before they can hit you. Most characters don't have as many safe attacks as Doomsday which is why he's such a good rush-down character. Most of his attacks can't be punished.

Just noticed, how come the last 3 video icons don't have the same graphic as all the other tutorials?
Lol, darn it! You noticed. It's because I hadn't planned on doing Beginner's Guides for half of the cast and never dreamed that my audience would grow so much and request every character. I only made custom thumbnails for the characters that I wanted to do lol. They'll get thumbnails later on but I don't own photoshop.
Thanks for making this guide. I love Doomsday but have been having trouble finding good combos. I think you should have added a meter burn to the combos the ended with venom. It would add another hit and increase the overall damage of the combo. 🙂

Actually, when I did the Meter Burn Venom it dropped the combo completely. It seems that Meter Burn Venom hits a little later and that's what makes it safe on block, but it will not work at the end of certain combos. I tried lol. Don't go wasting your meter like I did practicing lol.

I've been able to have the meter burn added to them without dropping the combo. Also, when you were showing the meter burn venom by itself I feel as if some people might not realize that you can MB after the first hit of venom which adds a second hit. I think you should also use refill instead of full as it will allow people who are beginners to see how much meter the combos actually use. Love the vids.
Maybe Superman just has a different hit-box then :/
I've had people ask me to do the refill before, but the MB in the combos shows how much meter is being used and every video so far has been that way. Seeing as how I only have 2 characters left, it wouldn't make much sense to change it now. It's a good idea, I just wish that I had hear about it sooner.

Not really, it's a clever way to sneak in an overhead that your opponent won't be expecting. A lot of tournament players do it against opponents who've memorized everyone's move sets. No matter how much they try, they can't predict improvised ground-bounce cancels.

Just started watching the video and I'm not sure if you'll talk about it, but I think you missed the opportunity to talk about some of Doomsdays specials. With good air-snatch-reads you can bring the opponent back to the corner. His MB Venom pushed the opponent very far (to the corner) and his MB Air-Venom can cross people up, but you should never use it that way. Beginners need to know stuff like that. Good guy nonetheless! Keep up the good work!
it's a dash cancel that allows you to do a b+3 mid combo. You push b, b then Meter Burn 😉

Well. He has a ton of really hard to block stuff that require no meter, like his df2, or jumping in with jd3 and then using d3 for a low hit almost immediately on landing. His pressure is really high, while his combo damage isn't really. No point in trying to combo too hard, really.
How do you connect b+2 after the j3 I can't do it
Venom's MB also extends the range to full screen if you burn mid-dash 🙂
Probably jd3, not j3. If you can't connect it otherwise, try hitting the jd3 right before you hit the ground. The longer you wait to hit it, the more time you have to start your combo.
I know Doomsday is super easy to use, but do you think you'd be able to make an Advanced guide for him? When to use his armor, safe blockstrings, when to hit low and with what (he doesn't have many options for that, just d3 I think), and maybe some updated combos? I know I've got some that expand on these ones and I know your video and combo quality has improved a lot since this video. Might be worth your time. Dunno. I know I'd love it.

The numbers are universal translations for all consoles.
Can you do a battle mode guide, particularly impossible and the max, they are ridiculous , way too damn hard, I'm starting to think the game is rigged

Supernova actually is blockable coming down. You just have to time it right so that you hit doomsday with something.
