He's just a guest character. He's not meant to be canon.
He does great damage when you consider that he can get a full combo off any time he manages to touch you. He's a lot like Green Lantern. Except he actually does more damage when you add his trait.
Yeah, I imagine so. You just have to be patient and punish it by blocking high. He flips in the air just like in MK9 and you can get a free punish.
To be fair, it's a NetherRealm game. If they want to add one of their own characters to their own game, then they are allowed to. I do wish that they hadn't, but there are plenty more DLC characters to come.
what characters are the easiest to learn. I was wondering this question because i would like to learn a few characters (other than batman) that are simple and flow well
Green Arrow, Aquaman, Green Lantern, and even Scorpion.

On PS3 his super only does 34%… Wtf.
Blocking low is the best way to block against scorpion because most of his attacks either attack low or mid. A good counter to people who know this is either hellfire or b+2 which can start off a combo and hits overhead.
Just block low and it will block the teleport. No matter which side he appears on. Hope that helps 😉
Yes, that's very true. He does have overheads, but they are all later in the string. So, an experienced player will see them coming.

Yeah after actually play against him some on line I take back what I said. He's really good, it just looks like his scaling ramps up loads after he meter burns a spear.
Help? I am on the ps3 and the skins packs are not showing up? I have the season pass whitch i know doesnt include the skiins but i have scorpian and i can't see any of the new dlc kn the store at all?
I believe Sony has not received either DLC yet. They should be out soon.

Thanks good tutorial just sucks no matter how much time i invest i suck at large combos. bout 400 online wins with Sinestro & 10 hours in practice mode with him i got my ass whooped by a killer frost player did nearly no damage to her felt like i wasted so much time 4 nothing.
That's a tough match-up for Sinestro. The truth is that even I have trouble pulling off long combos online. Practice more on reading your opponent and learning how to handle any character that you face. That is more important than long combos. It doesn't matter how good you are at combos if your opponent keeps predicting you at every turn.

Can someone please explain to me what he means when he says 1,1,2 or when he uses the numbers. I'm assuming the numbers represent the buttons but I'm not sure.

Online I don't really try to do large combos unless I'm positive I can do them. I usually just go for 20% damage combos.

He'll always be a top tier character, but it all depends on how you play him.
His attacks do so little damage. It takes many hits to only do 30%
i think it would be dope if he was capable of doing fatalities.

They didn't really nerf him at all lol. I don't know why people say that. All they did was change his teleport from mid to high and make his MB teleport safe lol. They also fixed his damage scaling and improved his hit-box too. His super does less damage, but his meter is reserved for combos anyway. There are other buffs besides those too lol.
I meant before the 1.06 patch. Some of his combos, considering their length, did pitiful amount of damage.
I can almost never beat Scorpion online, he is insanely good.
